I have read and agree to the 1:1 Mentoring Terms and the Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy. I understand that the package costs $840 AUD and includes six sessions. I choose either $840 upfront or six weekly card payments of $140. If I choose instalments, I authorise the six scheduled charges and understand that the plan ends after the sixth payment.*
