I’m here to help Midlife women like you reclaim their confidence, prioritise their health, and create a life they love.

With over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness field as a Personal Trainer  and Coach, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting women through transformative life changes.

I initially focused on the physical aspects of health. But I quickly realised there was more to lasting results than just fitness—it’s about mindset, self-awareness, and a holistic approach to wellness.

  • I have health issues and not sure they are for perimenopause
    As a Certified Health Coach who is navigating perimenopause I understand the signs and symptoms and I can help you understand this more for yourself. If you are unsure I would speak to your healthcare practitioner first to rule out any other health issues not related to perimenopause.
  • What if I can’t make the live calls
    You will be able to watch a recording and ask questions in the FB community group or submit a question before the call.
  • What if I need more 1:1 support
    I offer 1:1 Coaching packages that can be purchased if you feel like you would like more 1:1 support. Spaces are limited and you can send me a email to discuss this in more detail.

    The Perimenopause Wellness Hub is a 12-month commitment designed to support you on your wellness journey. By joining, you are committing to the full program, whether you choose the pay-in-full or monthly payment option. If you choose the pay-in-full option, no refunds will be given once payment is made. For those on the monthly payment plan, the total cost is divided into 12 equal payments, and all payments must be completed even if you decide not to continue with the program. This policy ensures fairness to all members and allows us to deliver the best experience and resources for everyone in the program.

How I went from being obsessive to loving my myself and my body as a midlife woman

Today I am in love with myself so much more and really enjoy what I do to keep fit and healthy.
